Our team toured Rooster’s Pub in Staunton. What a great story!

Becky Volentine explained how they bought a building that used to be a radio store, the old SNL Auto Parts store, and then she turned it into a variety of business opportunities. “We tried everything” until she found success with Rooster’s Pub.

She told war stories including electrical and remodeling challenges, and how COVID was a challenge only 4 years into operation, “we worked harder during COVID” than any other time. She explained how the challenges also inspired her to pivot to curbside pickup and ultimately a full menu restaurant.

Now after 10 years she celebrates tourists from Route 66 which she credits as being some of the most entertaining! As well as her faithful locals, Red Rooster reminded our team how to value your customers and offer a consistent, trusted experience.
