Day 11: Time for our first Business Venture!

The team invited Katie Ashworth with Heartland Bank and Trust to speak on marketing and evaluate their value props and sales fliers as they launch their first business venture.

Each team member will recruit a business they can promote this first semester as the visit other businesses and meet other professionals.

Also a Macoupin CEO board member, Katie talked about staying on brand - using the CEO brand as a brand standard - and clarifying their value props accordingly. The team also pitched Katie their sponsorship offer after which she gave feedback on how to engage businesses relationally as well as with a clear good, better, best.
