Day 5 with Scott Reichmann!
Scott is the board chair of Macoupin CEO so he started off by sharing the do’s and don’t’s of CEO for the year. Of course there were a few stories of what NOT to do, and then he shared stories of what happens when you make the most of CEO - sharing stories of alumni, business networks, and all around professional development.
Scott also shared his personal experiences from college in Florida, why come back to Carlinville - great story btw 😊 - his interest in becoming a pilot (which didn’t pan out), and commercial real estate.
The morning concluded with an early part of the year’s learning, “duck duck goose,” where the team member tapped on the shoulder has to jump in the conversation. It got exciting quickly! The team is still learning!
