CEO visited Ryan Kleeman's State Farm office and learned how a supplement business in CEO (as part of Macoupin County CEO's first class, 2017) prepared him for a future in business and personal growth.

One key component? NETWORKING. Ryan shared how he was getting out of The Lab and into State Farm. How exactly? "I knew a guy." One call made all the difference.

Another reminder? PIVOT! "Don't be afraid to reinvent yourself....What you're doing today isn't probably what you'll be doing [later in life]."

Also, Ryan introduced the team to 4DX: Create WIGS (Wildly Important Goals), Act on Lead Measures, Keep a Compelling Scoreboard, and Create a Cadence of Accountability.

Ryan also explored the power of SOCIAL MEDIA. "[At this State Farm office] we value corporate branding [like Super Bowl commercials], internet leads (cookies aren't just for the users convenience), and community engagement." Ryan explained how promoting social media posts through community engagement promotes a business' trust and value within its community.

Thanks, Ryan!
