Katie Ashworth, Macoupin CEO board member and VP director of Marketing and Communications at CNB Bank and Trust, spoke with the CEO team this morning.

Katie shared an overview of how a bank operates and makes a profit, and her personal passion for banking and marketing. Specifically, Katie shared how she drew into her present role though her work on the bank’s CRM, “I basically went around to everyone and asked, ‘what is something that would make your life easier’ and then I figured out how to solve those problems for our employees that benefited our customers.”

The team was a fury of questions after seeing behind the curtain of banking as just a checking or savings account. Thanks Katie!
